General Terms and conditions of ARTVION e.K. (SAUNAHAUS.COM Online Shop)

1. Applicability

The following General terms and conditions shall apply for all orders in the SAUNAHAUS.COM on-line Shop. Conditions differing from those indicated in our general terms and conditions can not be accepted, unless approved of by ARTVION e.K in writing in individual cases. An order shall be subject to the version of the general terms and conditions applicable at the time the order is made.

3. Offer and contract conclusion

3.1 All product information provided on saunahaus.com is not binding, but an invitation for on-line order. Mistakes reserve.
3.2 By clicking the Button "confirm order"' in the last step of the order process you declare your binding intention to purchase the goods contained in the shopping basket. The contract comes into effect when we accept your order and send the order comfirmation by E-Mail immediately after the receipt of your order.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1 Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a legal right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal instruction Right of withdrawal You can cancel the contract within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the goods. The cooling-off period shall begin on the day you receive this instruction. Withdrawal sequences In case of an effective withdrawal the both sides received service are to be refunded. In case you cannot refund the received goods entirely or partially or only in the worst condition, you should pay the indemnification according to the value of goods. This does not apply if the demages of the goods are made by their control - as it could happen in the shop.However, you can avoid a duty of compensation of value if you will not use the product as your property and omitting every action, which impairs their value. The products that can be sent as a package by post have to be send back. The products which cannot be sent as a package will be fetched.You have to bear the cost of the return sending in case the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the product which has to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if with a higher price at the time of withdrawal you didn't make all the payment or the contractially agreed rate. Otherwise the return sending for you is free-of-charge. On Obligations for refunding of payments you must fulfill within 30 days after sending of your withdrawal . End of withdrawal instruction

5. Price and Shipping costs

5.1 Prices shown on the product site include the value added tax and other price components.
5.2 Additional to the indicated prices we compute for the shipping within Germany the delivery costs in accordance with the following Delivery costs list.
Standart packages starting from a commodity value of 50, - EUR shippment free.
The delivery costs shall be clearly indicated on the product site, in the shopping basket system and on the order site.

Valid for Germany:
- starting from 50 Euros commodity value- delivery FREE.
- up to 50 Euros commodity value only 6,50 Eurs.
- Cash on delivery: with Package delivery only 6,30 Euro.
- Cash on delivery: with Transport Logistics minimum 17,95 Euros or 3% of commodity value.

Valid (with package delivery) for countries:
Austria; The Netherlands; France; Belgium; Luxembourg; Spain; Italy; Great Britain; Denmark; Finland; Greece; Sweden; Cyprus; Portugal; Ireland; Estland; Lettland; Litauen; Tschechien; Slovenia; Slowakei; Hungary.
- Up to 30 kg only 18,75 Euros
- Cash on delivery is not possible at present

Up to (with package delivery) for Poland and Malta:
- Up to 20 kg only 18,75 Euros
- Cash on delivery is not possible at present

For the Transport Logistics abroad: :
- Cash on delivery addition: with Transport Logistics min. 17,95 Euros or 3% of goods value
- The extra delivery expenses will be send to you with the order confirmation.

6.Delivery of goods

6.1 The delivery is made by carriers or the smaller parcels are send by DHL, UPS or DPD parcel services.
6.2 Delivery time amounts to approx.. 3 working-days. To possibly deviating delivery times we refer on the product side

7. Payment

7.1 Orders can be paid alternatively by prepay or cash on delivery, credit card (PayPal) or debit.
7.2 If you select prepay payment we shall send to you our bank account together with the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
7.3 The right to indemnifications is entitled to you only in case your counter claims have validity in the judicial order or are indisputable or recognized by us in written form.
7.4 You can execute the right of lien only if requirements result from the same contractual relation.

8. Property reservation

Up to the complete payment the goods remain our property.

9. Warranty

Product warranty is provided in accordance with the current legal regulations. For all defects arised during the legal warranty period of two years from the date of delivery you have the legal right to postexecution (on your choice: correction of defect or new deliveryy) and -by legal conditions - the right to demand a reduction in the purchase price or to return the goods as well as payment of damages.

You can remove the products at any time by marking the symbol "REMOVE" and clicking the Button "UPDATE" . If you want to buy the products in you shopping cart , click the Button "CHECKOUT". Then please enter your informations in the opened window. The necessary informations are marked by * symbol. . A registration is not necessary. Your data are transmitted encrypted.. After enter your data please examine it once again. By clicking the Button "CONFITM ORDER" you finish the order procedure. The procedure can be stoped at any time by closing of the Browser window. On the other pages you receive further information, e.g. to correction options.

Contract text.

The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The general trading conditions you can see at any time on this site. The order information and the general terms and conditions shall be sent to you by email. After conclusion of the order the contract text will be not accessible in internet any more for safety reasons.

Data protection

We use your personal data solely for the purpose of processing the sale. We will share your data with the currier company as much as it is neccessary for the delivery of your goods. (Name, Address, possibly Phone number for agree the date of delivery). To complete the payments, if necessary, we forward your payment data to our bank. The data will not be passed to any third parties and will be not used for advertising purposes. After completion of the contract and complete purchase price payment your data will be closed for the further use and will be deleted after expiration of the tax and commercial law regulations.
