Prepay
Dispatching of the product takes place after positive receipt of payment by bank credit transfer, less 3% prepay discount from entire invoice amount.

Debit
For debits is indicated a German bank account. The invoice amount is drawn in by your account after goods despatch. Their bank data will be automatically coded by SSL and will be treated very confidentially.
Conditions for debit payments are: "German invoice and despatch address".
Before the goods distribution take place the automatic check of the bank details on the account validity and soil quality. In individual cases we can refuse to accept the debit payment. For wrong account details and/or back postings is computed the bank handling charge of 4,20 EUR.

Cash on delivery
The payment is paid directly to the Currier or postman. Subsequently, the goods are handed over immediately.
- Package delivery: if the postman should not find you at home, the goods are is made available further 7 days in the next post office.
- Currier delivery: The time of delivery is agreed by phone 1 working-day before the delivery.

Credit card and Payment with PayPal
The payment of the goods takes place alternatively by credit card or transfer.
After successful order you will get the bill and order confirmation immediately sent by E-Mail.

Payment during collection from stock (Erkrath)
if you want to collect the goods from our stock (ARTVION e.K., Heinrich-Hertz-Str.22 B, 40699 Erkrath Mo-Fr: 10:00-17:00 Uhr) the invoice amount is payed in cash, with necessary date agreement.

Financing
The payment of goods occurs in co-operation with our partner bank in desired rates. More information you will find on "Finanzierung".
